Tips
- Patches are the cheapest way to put a detailed logo on many products: sew or iron them onto caps, jackets and bags later.
- Ask for a free digital proof (stitch preview) before production.
Design rules
- Embroidered patches need text at least ~5 mm (0.25 in) tall; woven patches hold finer detail and small text.
- Limit to 6-8 thread colors and avoid gradients; printed (sublimated) patches can reproduce photos.
- A merrowed border suits simple shapes (circle, shield, rectangle); detailed outlines need a hot-cut edge.
