Terms

• Commish, operated by Ritabrata Industries, is a free beta that connects buyers and manufacturers. We are not a party to any order: buyers and manufacturers agree on terms and pay each other directly.
• Price estimates are planning ranges, not offers. Only a manufacturer's quote is an offer, and only on that manufacturer's terms.
• Only submit designs you own or have the right to use. We refuse designs that copy third-party characters, logos or brands without a license, replicas of branded products, and products that are illegal or unsafe.
• Publishing an open request makes its title, description, spec and images public, and others may view, index or repost them. You can take it down at any time; posts others already made elsewhere can't be recalled. Don't put personal details in a request you publish.
• Check a manufacturer before paying: ask for a sample first and use payment methods with buyer protection.
• Some links to manufacturers may be affiliate links: if you order, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never affect which manufacturers we suggest or their order. Manufacturers' own sites and terms apply to anything you order there.
• Manufacturers must quote honestly and only for work they can deliver. The open requests feeds and API are free to use; link back to the request page, and don't scrape faster than the feeds update.
• We may remove content or block accounts that abuse the service. The service is provided as is, without warranties.
