Design rules
- Every color needs a raised metal line around it (at least ~0.3 mm); no gradients unless screen-printed or offset.
- Text should be bold and at least 1 mm tall on a 1 in pin.
- Price depends mostly on size and whether the mold fee is waived; provide vector art with Pantone colors for the proof.

- Size: 1-1.5 in (25-38 mm) is the sweet spot
